Hi,

Can anyone tell me which is better for a person to consume. Wheat free Soya Sauce or Braggs?

I thought "Fermented" soy was ok but on the bottle it says its unfermented.

Thanks!

I can't tell you which is better yet, many have switched from Bragg's to Nama Shoyu. I've done that and now, back to Bragg's. My teacher uses it; has used it for the 26 years I've known him and is in the best health ever at age 62 ~ and, so am I! (at 63 in Feb.)

Thanks. I find it a bit high in Salt (Braggs). Just that I've been asked a lot of questions about it lately that I just can't answer.

Well, I rarely use anything salty. I like my food just as it is.

I used that to help me to transition to raw food, it is the only way that you should use this in my opinion and perhaps once in a blue moon. You can replace it by so many option, you can simply skip it and use sea salt instead. I do the same with nama shoyou. I don't even eat this anymore but for other when i make Alissa papaya's steak, i will use it or simply use lemon, Himalayan salt or Dulce flake and a sweetener instead which brings up the taste of the papaya steak.

If you are new in raw food, use it to help you to transition but in moderation

I like to use braggs. One of my favorite snacks is sweet potato chips. To make them I use a mandolin to rapidly cut down the potatoes into stacks of rounds, then dip those in a cup of braggs and assorted herbs, then toss them in the dehydrator overnight. So tasty.
