I have been diagnosed with a condition called Mytocitic Anemia. It means I not only don't have a very high level of red blood cells, the ones I have are very small and even at a normal level cannot properly transport oxygen. So I would need at least 2-3x more red blood cells then the "normal" person to properly transport oxygen. Combined with this I also have a disorder that prevents the intestines to properly absorb b-12. So once a deficiency starts to surface it can become critical very quickly unless I literally flood my body with b-12 so that enough of it can get absorbed. I have already had the blood work done and I am reaching critically low levels of b-12. So, I now need to find ways to inundate my body with foods containing iron, vit. C, and b-12. Anyone have any good suggestions to get the ball rolling? What would you do to get started to reverse this condition?

I think you mean microcytic anemia. This means your red blood cells are smaller. This is from an iron deficiency. Juice plenty of greens. Or intake many greens in your diet. Vitamin B12 deficency will give you Macrocytic anemia which your red blood cells would be larger than normal. Im sure your tired all of the time. I was alway iron def. anemic until I became a vegetarian. Go figure opposite of what is taught. It takes about 3 months for your RBC's to recover to normal. There life span is 120 days. You might want to try a multivitamin with iron ad B12. Be careful you can overload your system iron and will be toxic to your kidneys and liver.
