Hello all...I've been 100% raw for 10 days so far and feeling pretty good. My "Cousin Aunt Florence" (so my adorable sister calls her) is on her way, and often when she comes I get quite short tempered/stressed easily, along with intense pain shooting down my thighs. My question to you all is how can I prevent either of these naturally? The pain is what I'm most concerned about, but anything to help deal with the emotional aspect as well would be appreciated.

I have some tablets called Aunt Flo Cramp Relax, and have been searching the internet trying to find out if it would be alright to take prior to her visit, but so far I'm not sure. I want to take them now to help get the herbal goodness in my system because if I take it fter the cramps set in it doesn't work. Do any of you lovely ladies (or gents living with a woman in their life) have anything that could benefit this situation?

Thank you all so much, have a wonderful day!

I find that the cleaner my diet is during the month, meaning no sugar, the less pain I have. I have been diagnosed with adenomyosis which can be painful with the monthly. I have used chamomile tea, magnesium, heating pad, etc to help with any pain. I rarely resort to tylenol. Also to help to heal the adenomyosis I removed as much of the hormone disrupting chemicals out of my lifestyle that I can. I changed my shampoo, body lotion, I drink out of glass to avoid plastic, and buy organic when I can. I also dont us air fresheners or candles in my home. Its would be good to learn about this stuff so you can prevent issues down the road. Google xenoestrogens. Hope this helps.
