Hi ya all,

I am Cynthia, hails from Malaysia and I am have just ventured head on with raw food diet just a couple of weeks ago and found boundless energy and strength. Suddenly, I felt like Superwoman being able to lift heavy stuff off the floor that I couldn't even get it a foot of the ground before the diet. Plus, my mind aren't as cloudy as before. :wuv

I figured since raw food is this amazing, why not learn more about it and share it with my loved ones and friends? Therefore, here I am a raw food newbie in search of more knowledge on raw food application. Still pretty clueless when it comes to all those dos and don'ts many out there has been talking about when it comes to raw food especially the potential harm from ingesting some food raw that aren't meant to be eaten raw like red/kidney beans? Am I right here? Pretty confused about this whole beans stuff law. LOL

Also, I do find it kinda difficult to be a raw foodist where I am due to lack of outlets to purchase proper food stuff for this diet. I do hope someone from Malaysia could maybe share their shops listing etc? Going totally organic was surely super expensive where I am too.

It's quite tough to be a full raw foodist for me for now but, I have committed to prefect my skills and knowledge enough to overcome this barrier and be as healthy as I could be

A happy new year to all. :excited:

I'm confused, if you are in Malaysia then shouldn't you have lots of tropical fruits? That's where raw foodists go when they want to indulge in durians and mangos! Maybe you are reading raw food recipe books that were written by people who don't live where durians grow and trying to copy them with temperate fruits and vegetables that don't grow in Malaysia, while you should be living like a raw foodist on vacation. Just a thought. Also, organic is optional.
