Ahh. Yeah the green smoothies also make me fly. I typically juice a pound of greens sometime earlier in the day and then later in the evening I make a smoothie with another pound. It really feels amazing.

Here's something I *really* enjoy! Blended Salad (Savory Smoothie). I had this for dinner tonight.

I like to add some salt, pepper & cumin. Tonight I added a little ground chipotle which really gave it some heat. I also like to add 1/2 a sweet pepper to the blender and then dice the other half into my bowl. Tonight I added about 1/2 cup or so of thawed frozen organic sweet corn and poured on the soup. If I have sunflower greens, I'll add those along with the spinach. The spinach is so good in this!

You're very welcome walnutty. What I like is I usually have these ingredients on hand. I love this soup and have it every week. *Ü*
