I'm excited to be juicing and hopefully this will be a good thing for me. I made my first juice this morning, but I can't seem to get it down. I have a goal to do this and I just need to know how to make it easier to get this juice down. Any advice or ideas would be wonderful. :-)

maybe try making juice with different fruits or vegetables? I don't like all the vegetable juices yet, I guess it's easiest to start with more fruit and gradually up the veggies.

Try
4 apples
4 large carrots
1 lemon

Then use that as a base to add maybe 1 stick celery or half a beetroot or some greens.

Up the greens as you progress and you'll be downing green juices happily before you know it.

I think I'll give that one a shot. Thank you!
I work during the evening hours so I would be bringing bottles of juice with me, does it make a difference if I refrigerate them or not?

Just juice the lemon on a citrus juicer ... I don't add pith or peel. It's too fierce for me.
