I think I detoxed all in one night.

No, not really, but at 4 AM I woke with INCREDIBLE gas pains in my stomach. And then I spent the next 30 minutes "de-toxing". :D Man it was a rough night, but a good one. Woke up 3 pounds lighter, and took my measurements.... Stomach was 1" smaller than on Jan. 2nd. :throwhearts: I even measured like 6x to be sure.

I was surprised this has happened to me because even though I didn't really go 100% raw til the 2nd, I have been about 60% raw for the week leading into the 2nd.

Anyway, LOL, after last night, I think I am cleaned out and good to go! :)

That's awesome! I had to get a colonic after a 7 day fast to get that feeling! Then i started probiotics and now I'm very regular. Did you have toxins coming out of your skin and in your mouth and stuff too?
