Easy! Put banana into a blender with water and liquify...strain or put through a nut milk bag and you have banana juice! YUM!

Banana are very sustaining and help with exercise etc... For a fast, it is best use acid or semi-acid fruit such citric fruit, berries, water melon, cherries etc...

All the best

I wouldn't but you can. It would be very thick.

If you want banana in your juice... take frozen bananas and let them thaw in a freezer bag on your counter. The "juice" in the bottom of the bag is very very very banana!!! Add a little to your juice.

Is it counterproductive to a juice fast?

I have been doing an all orange and grapefruit fast the last couple of days, and I still have some bananas around the house.

honestly... yes.

you want to fast with juice. not with watered down pulp. that's what mashing a banana and mixing it with water is. it's a banana watered down.
