Hello from chilly NC :)!
I've been eating more raw food for a few months now after my Dad was diagnosed with cancer (on my birthday of all days). He decided to take a natural approach of healing his body through a holistic doctor. The raw food diet is one of the main focuses in my Dad's healing, and my Mom and I have also jumped on the bandwagon (now if I could get my husband to jump on board..ha). I'm really looking forward to learning from others and talking to others who are on the path to a better, healthier lifestyle.
