and say what they will i'll never agree a cooked plant diet superior to a raw plant diet , NEVER .
weve just not mastered the raw plant diet yet , alot more work has to be done on the raw vegan food pyramid !!!!!!
I have to agree with this, Michigan Roman. Everyone has their own needs in terms of diet. But what is a good general guideline for someone just making the switch to raw vegan? I decided to make a chart to demonstrate my naive understanding of what might make a reasonable representation of dietary recommendations.

This is not flawless! I in fact believe that a fluctuation in these percentages is very reasonable to a large extent in any category but brown (nuts seeds sprouts) yellow (oil) and white (salt).
From my personal experience I've felt pretty remarkable when I am eating lots of kale smoothies and salads. Also, do people consider mushrooms vegetables? To generalize is ineffective. Our bodies know what we need, once we have experienced a plethora of raw mono meals. But as a guideline for a body that doesn't know, is this decent, and how would you folks adjust it?
