So I am reading anything cooked is not raw, including steaming I would think. Is it really not that good to steam stuff. Like I loved steamed mushrooms, and broccoli. I use an actual steamer, like a rice steamer if that makes a difference. Last question for today sorry to be annoying.

Steaming is most definitely NOT raw. Doesn't make a difference whether you have a steamer or not. It's still not raw.

This is a raw food forum. We do not discuss eating/ingesting cooked foods and we can't assist you to make choices in that regard. Just so you know.
This forum is specifically set up to assist people who wish to follow Alissa Cohen's philosophy of eating 100% raw.
I'll close this thread now, as it's asking about cooked choices.
in light,
Aleesha
