I was doing a Google search of Raw places to eat in Houston and came across http://www.patgreerskitchen.com/. She is amazing! I had the pizza bella. It was a portabella mushroom stuffed with tomatoes and nut/seed stuff. It was really amazing! She also makes raw krackers, desserts, "chips" and has her own texas pecan honey. All of the veggies she uses comes from the gardens in the front and back of the house that serves as her kitchen. If you live in Houston or it surrounding areas or are visiting, I would try it! She gives every first time customer a free dessert! Honestly, most of her desserts are made with cashews which I am not a fan of, so the desserts aren't my thing. Oh! She makes her own kombucha teas! When I am able to afford to go there a lot, I plan to. Local is always better than online!
