I've tried a raw detox with smoothies and only made it 5 days. I was nursing at the time and when my back started having horrible pains I gave up. Before I was drinking a quart o smoothie daily for at least a month so I thought I was ready. That was in march of this year and after that I pretty much fell off the raw wagon hard into the SAD and caffeine in large amounts :(. Go ahead and get over that not on the fast. What foods would you recommend and do you think some cooked the first few days would be ok? I don't want the huge shock and pain I had last time. It was bad. I'm obviously toxic and need this and want to go raw. I am about 15 pounds overweight and mostly belly fat from four pregnancies. (19 month old is youngest). I'd love for the belly fat to be released.
I need a sweeter raw dressing recipe and any advice on how to make this sucsessful. I aiming for 10 days as a
