some swear by it and others manage fine without - horses for courses I think.

I'm not a guy although I have "tried" it. Since it has to be kept in the fridge... I'd forget about it so, can't really say. When I did use it, didn't feel a difference but, again, I wasn't consistent.

my hubby tried it and he didnt noticed anything different but he only use one bottle.

powder form is cheaper than frozen liquid form.
