Should I have Robert Morse's tinctures/formulas when I am doing a juice fast?

I completed a three day juice fast yesterday, and I realized that by the second day, that I wasn't having any bowel movements anymore.


I realized that I must not be filtering lymph through my kidneys and my lymphatic system is backed up.


I was thinking of adding grape juice into the fast(grapes are expensive now in the winter), and Robert Morses herbs.


Would this work? (Because Robert Morses formulas are liquids still, and do not have to be digested)

Relax and allow your body to do what it needs to do. Not having a BM for one day or even longer isn't a big deal. If you want to though have amputee of apple juice or some "smooth move tea"
