And it went well. Never thought I could cut down on my olive oil as I typically would use about a tablespoon with each salad! But left it out and the salad tasted a little differently, more like salad, had a different consistency and texture feeling on my teeth, but over all, yay! Was retty much the same, just without the heavy oils. I am trying to see if I cut down on my fat, how that'll make me feel, not to mention, two and a half years raw and I've lost 60 lbs., but there's more weight to be lost and my current regime just ain't cuttin the mustard! Thought I'd share my little milestone!:heart

Sometimes I use avacado to make it creamy. Congrats on the 60lbs. :cheer: My favorite dressing is just apple cider vinager and honey. Simple and delicous.

I like to mix apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, nutritional yeast and agave.............. YUM! Sweet, salty, tart and cheesy all at once.
