I mentioned this in the welcome forum, but to repeat it here. I wonder if nut milks can be used to make yogurt?

yes, and it is easy to make. Soak any nuts, i love the raw almond. I pill them one by one, then blend with just enough water in my vitamix, pour into a nut bag, and squeeze it until the pulps are so so dry. Pour the liquid inside a sterilized jar and let it sit overnight with a cloth on top (need to breath), they yeast of the air will be enough to make it into a yogurt. Eat with fresh fruits, so good. I got that recipe from Rhio.
Enjoy
