2day I got my spirooli!!!!!!

I found a Spirooli on craigslist, and was totally excited about it! I called and it was still available. The woman that was selling it was very green and we had a great conversation. She gave me advice, and I gave her advice. She also told me she had a mandoline available, but I told her I could not at this time (full time college student, divorced mom of 2, christmas time, the list goes on and on). So when I went to go pick up the spirooli from her husband, she had also included the mandoline FOR FREE! What a BLESSING!!!! I wish them all the best in the future and honestly wouldn't mind talking to her again (weird right??)!

So for dinner I had raw spaghetti Mmmmmmmmmmmmhhhhh!!!! I love the spirooli already!!!!

Isn't the spirooli just the neates and FUN thing?? I can feel your excitement and that's wonderful. And then she gifted you the mandoline - it does my heart good to hear that! Yes, what a blessing. I love my mandoline!

It's neat how you can make basically the same dish, but by changing how you cut/process the ingredients, it can really change it up.
