two things ide add are dark raw greens like spinach / kale / dandelion
and seeds / nuts
i like grinding seeds / nuts in blender then adding fruit and water for a smoothie
i think your missing b vitamins too so would add mushrooms and ide also soak wheat seeds 48 hours , change water every 12 hours , to soften then eat like a cereal with nut or seed mylk poured over and fruit added . or eat like a rice with chopped vegis and herbs added

Well, I'm not a doctor, so if you think you might have diabetes, you should get a blood test done. It sounds like you should be getting PLENTY of sugar just from the fruits you're eating. It looks like you are not eating any greens whatsoever, like lettuce, kale, spinach, etc. I would highly recommend doing that. I'm not sure if it's the language barrier or not, but oatmeal is not usually raw, and marrow sounds like a meat product of some sort? You probably feel better when you drink tea because you are consuming caffeine and a concentrated amount of sugar. That can also make you pee more. I'd cut out the tea and replace it with water if I were you. And then lastly, I can't be sure, but it looks like you may not be getting enough calories, which can definitely make you feel fatigued.

A doctor would tell you if it is diabetes but it sounds to me as though you aren't eating enough food and you would benefit from a wider variety of foods particularly greens.
You need to eat lots of food when you are raw especially if you are running as part of your lifestyle.

Marrow is a British/European term for squash, like summer squash or zucchini squash.
Like others who have posted, I'd recommend eating more, and adding greens.

yeah Jen ... Marrow is a very large zucchini which of course we call courgettes over here. Marrow is also an animal derived food - don't you just love the English language.

You need to have a HGBa1c test done this is your sugar over 3 month span. If it is >6 you are considered in the diabetic range. Excessive thirst and tiredness are symptoms. So on that note cut back on Watermelon, grapes, oranges, and grapefruits. Berries are ok to have. 1/2 a bananna is 1 serving size. I would cut back to two servings of fruit a day for 2-3 days and see how you feel. But if you are concerned please go get tested its quick and simple.
Try to use Agave or Stevia. Stevia is a natural no cal sweetner. You can put it in your juice instead of fruit. Greens, stevia with lemon. Yummy..

Before cutting out any of these healthful things first find out if there is a diabetic issue - also the scale is different in different countries and this also needs to taken into consideration. You can get a simple test in most pharmacies in the UK and if you have any diabetic friends you can ask them to test you.
