Home colonic kits

Has anyone bought or used a home colonic kit. Could somebody recomend one to me. I really don't have much time to go get them done. I am now convinced I need them along with fasting. I would like any advice on this topic.

I bought a enema bag with tubing from my local coop and it works wonderfully. Great release. :)
