Hi there! My family and I were like 50 to 70% raw before I had my surgery and I've been bad real bad. Now I do energy drinks on a daily (horrible I know) I eat horrible processed microwaved foods. We want raw again, I havent really gained any weight back yet...thank goodness! Im asking for help into getting back to health and energy! I work night shift and am a nurse is there any easy raw things to take for lunch? I don't want salad all the time even though I LOVE KALE! Our ages I'm 26 Hubby 28 Daughter 4...any advice helps! It's hard for me to water fast when I work 12hrs a day, my job is physically demanding.

There are tons of healthy, raw, yummy foods to make and take
Get Alissa's book and read through it and then decide on a few recipes to start with. You won't be disappointed.
Also, look through the recipe/food threads on here. Lots of good ideas!!

At night try a warm miso soup. I use shredded carrots, spinach, miso paste with warm water.
Kale chips are yummy.
You can try Nori wraps.
Whole romain leaf, 1 bananna, and agave(honey). put the bananna cover it with agave wrap it in the romain or Kale .
Fruit is the ultimate fast food. Almonds. Smoothies.
Guacamole, salsa , and flax crackers.
Sprouted buckweat with almond milk (I buy from GO RAW).
Good luck night shift is tough enough but you can get creative and find what suites you the best.
