Hi, I am having a bit of a challenge with my immune system right now while pregnant and wondering if anybody has suggestions about how to boost it a bit. Certain foods that I normally rely on to keep me healthy are completely unappealing (especially greens and green juice)--I'm hoping that I may become less averse to them later in pregnancy (Natalia Rose says it often becomes easier to eat greens in 2nd and 3rd trimesters). I am eating a lot more fruit than normal simply because it makes me less nauseous than most other foods. I'm focusing on supportive lifestyle choices--lots of rest, lots of water, nasal lavage, gentle yoga, meditation--but this is a time of major change and quite a bit of stress (upcoming move etc).
Any suggestions from those who struggled to keep healthy while pregnant would be most appreciated. Thanks!
