i was just reading at 'juiceman' jay kordics facebook and thats what he said so thought ide post it
as many always say you cant juice wheatgrass in a centrifugal juicer so they buy manual wheatgrass juicer

jay says roll grass into clump then push it through blades with something hard like a carrot

I picked out an awesome book from my library by Jay juiceman. it was a great read. It has a lot of recipes for juices in it which I will start trying on Sunday!

back 18 years ago when i became a vegan i also became a serious gardner and into natural healing / herbs , my neighboor a 80 some year old women thats been gardening entire life and has a huge garden full of every kind of flower / herb imaginable plus vegi's took me under her wing . and since the 60's when she developed breast cancer shes been into reading health books and gardening for health , so she has a ton of books and natural health knowledge . she has all her old favorite healers she taught me about from early 1900's onward . and every month or so she'd give me one of her old books on health , books from 30's through 80's . mostly excellent books chosen by her a bright women in the first place whom never watches tv and just reads . and best book she ever gave me and which made me a raw foodist was raw fruit and vegi juices by norman walker the late raw foodist . walker had the best outlook on nutrition and health ive ever read . its a simple small book , but its walkers angle on seeing human body and nutrition that makes more sense to me than anyone else ever has . and it turned out that in the 50's jay kordic came down very ill , i think cancer . and he went to walker who healed him . so jay learned alot from my fave healer ever and believes like walker did for most part so ive always liked jays outlook

Wow, you are so fortunate to have friends like that!! Very interesting that he learned from your fav healer ! I was just reading over some of his recipes to help plan my juices for the next few days, since this will be the first time I've juiced. I'm sure I will find my own favorites in time.

I blend it in the vitamix with water then strain. Don't like it very much though.
