Cauliflower

I've seen pictures of orange cauliflower on here and saw it at my local grocery store. My question...does orange cauliflower taste the same as white cauliflower?

I'm wondering about this too -- but for purple cauliflower. There are some beautiful ones at my market right now, but I'm not sure what to make with cauliflower exactly, especially the purple stuff!!
