Addicted to Juice Fasting.

:juicy:I am totally addicted to these 24 hour juice fasts. Now I am going to do a two days maybe three. I just feel soo incredible. I some hearty juice ideas so I can make it three days. I have lost 5 lbs this since Dec. 1. I am noticing my skin is looking smoother, my pants are baggier, and I'm sleeping better. What's not to love. Thank you to all of you veteran fasters for the encouragment to fast.
