Question About ground flax instead of soaked flax

Ok I want to make flax crackers with ground flax meal. I see where AC says this is ok but I don't see anywhere in either book where she says how to make the substitution. I assume I need to add water but how much for two cups? Thanks is advance. - Roni

I would start with 2 cups let it sit for 15min and see how thick it gets. To be honest I never measure. I use both whole and ground flax seeds in my crackers.
