Hi, I was going to start my Colon Cleanse today... But I have a few concerns... First, I didn't take a tea that helps loosen the waste, and 2) I can't eat yogurt, or have access to any probiotic foods that will restore my intestines good bacteria... What would I do..? I'm probably not going to start it today for not taking the tea... But, yeah.

Id research the need for a colon cleanse of this sort. Many, many, many of us manage perfectly well without and we don't eat yogurt either - nor teas often times.

I have really, really bad constipation... Always. On this diet or not, and it's really bad. :S

i would do a little more research on the different types of colon cleanses u can do . there are quite a few colon cleanses that go well with the raw food diet without the use of dairy products and non raw items . just type in enema bags into a search engine and there will be a lot of info on it too . here is a website that has quite a lot of info for u ... therawfoodworld.com ... its pretty simple to look through . good luck .
