kayhat, good for you. If you transition slow you may not have any detox, I didn't. Things I like to make are fresh OJ, green juices, smoothies, almond milk, & all kinds of salads. That's just a start. Then there's always dehydrating and making flax crackers, onion bread, etc. etc. : )

What helped me when I first transitioned (and still helps when I'm feeling overwhelming detox emotions) is to give myself the freedom to eat anything I wanted as long as it was raw. I recognize that this isn't a great way to eat raw in the long term as its easy to go overboard with nuts and fats, but in the beginning it is a great relief. I second the green juices and green smoothies too - they're a daily staple since the beginning.

load up on bananas as quick / filling , have walnuts / almonds around to eat with them . avacado heartify salads , can also sprinkle chopped walnuts and sesame seeds on salads to heartify . lemon squeezed into ice water seems to simmer down my appetite on fasts thusly should help converting to raw
