Hi my name is Bonnie and I'm in the uk with my husband and almost 3 year old.

I've known about raw food since the 1980s but have been rubbish and now no longer have my athletic slim figure but need to lose 3 stone. I'm a big fan of the Life Regenerator (Dan Macdonald) after discovering him this week. I'm really excited to go raw slowly but not sure how far I'd like to take it. I'd love to get at least 80% raw and attain the same for my son and husband. I hope it's not too late for my son and he can become super raw and healthy from (almost) the start. At the moment he lives on baked beans, cheese and jacket potatoes and isn't interested in eating meat so fingers crossed the veggie bit will continue and the rest will morph into a better diet as ours change too. He likes vegetables so there is hope!

I'm hoping to get an Excalibur 9 tray for Christmas and have a basic food processor as well as a juicer. Our blender just broke but we'll be getting another as we love juices and smoothies.

So here I am, hoping for inspiration and support :D

congrats and welcome to rft !!! sounds like u are on a good start . there are so many recipes online , on this site , and so many raw food cookbooks that u can find . i tend to love looking at cook recipes and transfering them to raw !!! it is fun and creative and my three yr old daughter is always in the kitchen with me ... i literally cant walk into my kitchen for water without my daughter jumping up , running into the kitchen and saying , please , can i help ?!!! she loves making everything ... this doesnt mean that she eats it all but she will try it if she was able to help mommy make it . maybe u could get ur son interested in raw this way too . good luck . its so worth it !!!!
