red beans in the salad bar

I'm not sure if these are raw or cooked. I've read that red beans have toxics unless you boil them for 1 hour. But when I boil them, their color fades and they look like they've been boiled. But the ones at Round Table's salad bar look raw and are larger than the ones I buy. What are the ones at the salad bar called? Are they raw?

I would expect so too but really only the salad bar will know for sure. Although if they are half as clued up as the restaurant I went to and asked for a raw salad - just raw vegetables, whatever you have and they gave me cooked aubergines, courgettes, onions and croutons etc ...then I don't hold out much hope!

There's no question they're cooked ~ from a can or not. It's Round Table pizza chain.
