I am in the 3rd day of my first juice cleanse ever. This is my first time trying this, on top of this I am taking B complex, Zinc, Vitamin C and D, flax seed oil, fish oil, grape seed extract, garlic, ginger, and juicing that consists of some banana, pear, apple, orange, broccoli, white grapes, cauliflower, tomato and blueberries.

I am trying to cleanse and get my liver functioning well.

My only question is, am I supposed to feel this bad? I am nauseated when I wake up and feel overall lethargic and just plain bad. I am wondering if this means I am detoxing, or if this means I should stop as I'm doing something wrong?

ditch the fish oil ... and go easy on the garlic. In fact ditch the flax seed oil too I would.

Are you actually juicing or are you making smoothies? I ask because I have never heard of juicing bananas. They puree but they don't juice in my experience.

Take a look at the liver cleansing thread for further info.

I could never ditch my fish oil, too many heart and neuroprotective properties. And yes, i guess partial smoothie, I do blend the banana in there, because it wont juice well, and the rest is all juice.
I am going to check out that liver cleanse, as well as add milk thistle to my supplements.

Just wondering if it's normal to feel this bad 3 days into it.

I could never ditch my fish oil

This is a vegan forum so you'll have to at any rate not discuss it here. So that aside.

Should you be feeling this ill? Maybe, maybe not. I'd ditch the oils if I was cleansing my liver.
