Infrared Saunas while Fasting

Anyone use an infrared sauna while fasting? Do they help with detox? I've been looking at a portable one for home - has anyone used these? How do they compare to a wooden box infrared sauna - same results? Thanks.

From what I've read these units are three times better then a conventional sauna. I've never tried one though. Would like to try one.

I have one... it's the wooden version though. I used it a lot while fasting. You want to watch how hot you make it though cause that's not good for your heart so keep the temps a bit lower (in the teens rather than in the 30s)

So enjoy my Inhome Sauna. Am on a Juice Fast at the moment ant it really helps with the Detox Symptoms. It's fun to Skin brush when you first get in as well!

Thanks. I was looking at the cost of a portable one ($150-250) as much more affordable for me right now. Do you think they'd work as effectively?
