Awesome raw pumpkin pie recipe..

So, just for giggles, I tried to make a raw pumpkin pie today. It actually turned out really well! I ended up making little tarts, because I wasn't sure if the consistency would be good enough to be able to cut a piece of pie. Turns out it would be, but I still like the look of the little tarts better. Here's a pic!
