I'm in raw food heaven

Sooooo, today I finally purchased a dehydrator and ninja blender/food processor. I just made a batch a kale chips and polished them off in no time flat! Why O why are they soooooooooooooooooooo tasty???????? I could eat these every day!

ha ha you sound like me I've made a few batches in the last week or so and just added the ingredients to my shopping list to make more! When I first started raw I didn't want to get a dehydrator b/c I do feel that fresh food is best but if some kale chips or other dehydrated treat helps me to stay raw then so be it.
