Hey guys,

I was doing some research on how to deal with hunger pains and I came across "Seltzer Water". I'm not familiar with that term but apparently it's another name for 'Sparkling Water'. It seems a lot of people who have fasted recommend this but I wasn't too sure as I want to be as raw as possible for the best healing. I am working on curing this long term skin disease I have.

I did a search on this forum and came across this message. It got me a little confused as I thought Seltzer and Sparkling were the same thing?

I want to hear other people's opinion on this.

I would avoid seltzer water because it contains quinine. Quinine, in much higher doses, is a drug that is sometimes used to treat severe leg cramps.
From an online health reference website:
"Quinine side effects include ringing in the ears, decreased hearing, vertigo, blurred vision, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, flushing or itching of the skin, headache, and fever."

Natural sparkling water, that comes from springs in the earth with the carbonation already in it, such as perrier, should be fine...
