Could any of you recommend any recipes for Thanksgiving? Or a website with good recipes?
Thanks!

Cranberry relish has got to be my fave thing about Thanksgiving. Here's my recipe, though for a large crowd you might want to double it.
1 bag cranberries (I freeze them first)
1 navel orange (organic is best, because I put the whole thing in there)
raw, pref. local, honey to taste (when the sweet tooth hits hard I've been known to put in as much as half a cup!)
Blend the above in a food processor until texture meets with your approval.

I was going to start a thread on this, because I am doing a 30 day juice fast that won't end until Dec. 17th. I can't celebrate Thanksgiving with my family for two reasons: 1. I have to work on Thanksgiving since I work a retail job and 2. I have a very small family of less than 7 people surviving and they are all going to a relative's home that is an hour a way from where I live to celebrate. I can't go and get back in enough time to go to work.
Therefore, I will be spending Thanksgiving alone. A relative told me not to worry and feel bad, because Thanksgiving is just another day in life. True, I guess, but I was thinking of breaking my juice fast for one day and eat a raw plate meal.
Can anyone give me any food ideas. Nothing too fancy, because I don't do the gourmet raw thing, since I don't have a lot of kitchen appliances and I can't spend too much money, since I only work a part-time job, minimum wage in order to put myself through school.
If I could fix and eat one simple raw plate meal, and fix one easy raw dessert (with or without using a Vitamix) then what should I prepare on Thanksgiving?
