Do you guys exercise like strenuous cardio, or focus on strength training, or yoga? Maybe do nothing at all? I am trying to figure out if exercising makes you feel weaker, more hungry, or sick. Maybe nothing at all?

Hey Bihaku I am juice fasting right now and I'm also doing some tough cardio workouts. A few hours ago I uploaded a video to youtube showing the workout I did and it's a killer.
Yesterday I was on my 6th day of my juice fast and doing this made me tired and weak but that's because the workout is a beast.. if I wasnt fasting i still would of been tired and weak, check it out.

This a video I uploaded during my 4th day fasting and it was mainly beginner core workouts, but they are intense too.

Then do it and find out for yourself. IMO... you ALWAYS need to move to keep lymph moving. How much that is is determined only by you!

I excercise while fasting- both Bikram yoga, which is a killer, and treadmill stuff. I usually feel great, sometimes weak but usually feel great. Only one way to find out if it works for you!

I was thinking if I can only do circuit training while juice fasting for 30 days, but I can skip the cardio. Especially since my job requires me to stand all day and walking about.

How many perfectly good fasts have died a premature death because an unanswered question had been allowed to fester into suspicion? People who fast for religious reasons often do so as a form of religious obedience. Religious fasts are often thought to be good for both the body and the spirit.

I do my daily runs (about 5 or 6 miles) and Kettlebell workouts during juice fasts. I am very used to it though. I think if you have fasted before and you are used to high intensity workouts it's ok. However if you have never fasted before and you are just starting a workout routine I would take it ease, maybe even do just walks. You want to be successful, not set yourself up for failure. Everything in it's time....

i always work out during the first 12 hours of the water fast while there is still glycogen. Then I rest the second day while I wait for ketosis, I don't feel that it's good to exercise until day 3. Does your body use a lot of its own muscle if you excercise during a water fast?
