Hey There!
Im looking for people to share their tips and tricks on getting and staying RAW, particularly if you went nearly 100% overnight. How did you stave off cravings? Just said no? Willpower? Inspirational reading in the morning or intention setting?

The best way to stave off cravings is to EAT! There's so many foods to eat and there is no reason to be hungry. If you are not hungry your cravings for the non-raw foods will diminish.

When I look at food I used to eat and it makes me want to eat some I say to myself, "No that is the old Amy. The new Amy eats much healthier than that." It really helps! Also I strive to be 95% because I don't want to feel too rigid towards every single ingredient.
