Okay have no idea what happened to my green smoothie this morning. The only think I can think of was that I added Coconut Syrup to sweeten the shakes and it changed everything! It contained: frozen blueberries, oranges, apples and 1 pear, spinach and romaine lettuce. I added coconut syrup and raw coconut as well and it went all thick and lumpy! it was gross..didn't taste gross but I dumped it anyways as it looked horrible and took my appetite away. Been doing green smooties in my Vita mix for over 1 year and this is the first time I had to dump one away...sad...but too horrible to try and drink..what do you think? The coconut syrup I never used before and the shakes was bland and bitter so I used it to sweeten..won't do that again.
