Good Day everyone:

I am trying to change a lifetime of bad habits and switch to a more productive and healthy eating regime. Grew up on a farm so meat and potatoes it was! I have recently switched to drinking green smoothies to incorporate more fruit and greens into my diet, and I am now trying to switch to more raw dishes. I have started to sprout seeds (have my first batch going) which is why I joined this forum.

I am finding it difficult to stay on track as I haven't found some really good raw recipes that keep me satisfied and take away those cravings - I am going to keep looking though!

I would like to get to a minimum of 75% raw but don't know a lot of people who eat that way. I already get some strange looks when I take out raw snacks at work :dance:

Hoping to get some support from this forum, find some great recipes, and switch to mainly raw!!

Hi Angie~ Good Luck going raw! You'll find lots of support here. :cheer:
Any specific questions, just ask. Oh and you don't need to know people who eat raw in order for you to do it- just give them a strange look when they use the microwave to change the molecular structure of what they call food ;)
