Today was day one of my juice fast and it went pretty well, I had some gas but only for a bit.
Hunger was suprisingly easy to manage so that is a relief, but we'll see tomorrow.
Favorite drink of the day 7 carrots 2 apples a few grapes. It was great!
Worst drink of the day 4 tomatoes, 3 carrots, too much spinach.
Anyways Im still pretty stoked to keep doing it and I'll update you guys tomorrow. I will also be uploading to youtube so that you can watch me instead of reading about it.

Best of luck! Have you done a juice fast before?
Day 1 was easy for me. Headache set in days 2-3, and day 3 was THE absolute toughest day - The moodiness, emotional side kicked in for me and I was ready to give up. I'm on day 5 now and feel good. Carrots and apples are DELICIOUS :) Try apple, cranberry, ginger... I'm doing mostly fruits, can't handle the veggies yet.
Keep us posted on how you're doing!

All right yesterday was day 2 and its going well. Hunger is still not a big issue, the biggest issue is missing chewing food and having taste in your mouth.

All right yesterday was day 3 and hunger was more intense today. Not too bad though I need to drink more juice but I am having trouble because between the water and juice that I am drink, I am not getting thirsty. Im thinking I start doing some workouts to get me sweating and maybe Ill be able to drink an extra glass of juice and water each day.
All right here is the link for day 3 video on youtube

Hey man! Nice to see you on the forum!
Allright day 4 just passed and I did a few workouts for your core that are good for people fasting becuase they are low intensity, but they are intense. If that makes sense lol. What I mean is that they dont require lots of different movements but they are effective.
Its pretty sweet no hunger at all today although I woke up with a kind of upset stomach but it calmed in under an hour. I tried beets for the first time and they were not bad at all. I made a simple apple and beet juice and it came out like blood red with neon pink lol. But it was pretty good.
Heres day 4 on youtube

Yes. I love beets too. I grew yellow beets in my garden this year. Beware of the after effects of beets. No you are not bleeding internally!

Are you having any trouble sleeping? I've been having a real hard time of it and wondered about any suggestions you or anyone else might have to help that?
Good job, btw. I'm on day 3 and this is my second fast.

I'll join on this 30 day fast. Officially I start on Thursday, Nov. 17. The down side is that I don't have weekends off. I work Sat and Sunday, so I have no down time with 2 days off from work when I am detoxing. So I hope I won't detox too badly.
I will just juice with apple cider and alternate with carrot juice.

Nice!! The first few days might cause a few stomach issues but for me they were not painful or caused any unexpected problems.. if you know what I mean lol Good luck! Let me know how it goes and if you have any problems I'll try my best to help you out real talk
Update on my fast
Yesterday was day 6 and everything went well. I went to bathroom for #2 for the first time since around day 2~3. My acne is being improved something serious and I have been having energy to work out which is great. Before my juice fast I rarely worked out.
It's pretty trippy to think about how before I would eat tons of food and never work out because I never had energy and just didnt feel like it.
Allright day 6 video link

I am not hungry, but I want to eat something. Just need to do the action of chewing. I am annoyed at myself right now.

Yeah I feel you that and not having taste are my two biggest issues, a few days after the fast though when you get to start eating real food you will appreciate it much more.
Straight up I was real cranky for the first 3-4 days but it passes over, this is the first year I miss a thanksgiving dinner in my life but I got over it lol

All right guys a little update.. it is the end of day 10 and I have broken my juice fast. Hunger during days 9 and 10 were the most intense feelings I have had in my life. I upped my juice intake and it didnt work. That plus feeling nauseous anytime I smelled the pulp from the produce were making it pretty hard. Oh well I may restart the juice fast in a few months because I do want to reach the point around days 18-30 where the body eats dead cells and regenerates em. I'll still be poking around here every once in a while!

Can you explain what you mean by the body eating dead cells? And why would it take 18-30 days for that to happen? Dead cells are continuously being cleared out of our systems whether we are fasting or not otherwise we would just be a pile of dead cells.

It should make sense to you since you linked the post on your thread
misslinda wrote on days 8-15 on a juice fast:
"During fasting, the body's healing process is at optimum efficiency. As the body scours for dead or damaged tissue, the lymphocytes enter the older, damaged tissue secreting substances to dissolve the damaged cells. These substances irritate the nerves in the surrounding region and cause a reoccurrence of aches from previously injured areas that may have disappeared years earlier."
Then during days 16-30:
"The healing work of the organs is being completed. After the detoxification mechanisms have removed the causative agent or render it harmless, the body works at maximum capacity in tissue proliferation to replace damaged tissue. While a short fast will reduce the symptoms, a longer fast can completely heal."
DUHHHHHHHH dead tissues are made of dead cells and by fasting longer you reach the deep dead tissues and cells.

I don't think this is medically/scientifically based information.
The body cleans itself up on a minute by minute basis. Fasting may give it a boost but it certainly isn't the case that the body isn't cleaning up during periods of non-fasting. We'd all be fully dead by the time we were 25 otherwise!

Right - this process is happening all the time. It doesn't just kick in on day 16 and start clearing dead tissues which is what the original poster (now banned?) was implying.
