Spirulina?

What are your thoughts on using spirulina? I've been adding it to my juice and had some interesting effects in the bathroom.... I don't know if it's a sensitivity or just what's to be expected as I'm adding it to my diet? I don't feel any better or worse for having used it but hear the health benefits are great.

They are amazing, I take the tabs and make sure your source is a good one... I like the pure hawaiian spirulina...
