I smell horrible

The past few days I have had this horrible sweaty smell. I shower at night before going to bed. I will wake up during the night and actually smell myself. It is discusting. Why is this happening? This never used to happen on my SAD diet. It only started now that I am Raw. I have been Raw for about 2 weeks. Is this maybe detox and how long does it last?

My husband and I are on a detox protocol right now and when he started, he really smelled. That round of smell lasted several days. It was seeping out his pores. Then it cleared up. It happened again a couple days ago and lasted 2-3 days.

Can't say how long yours will last. Better out than in!!

Eat more greens... lots of greens via green juice or smoozies.

I smell right now, too and it doesn't help that my sense of smell is stronger than before. I just look at it as a sign of detox and know it will pass, at least I know I'm making progress.
