Renee's 3 day detox box. Hubby is out of town and I am going to use it to get back at it and healthy eating. Don't want to have to think about it. Just eat what's in front of me for a couple days.

Yes she is! I am in the Houston area now where she lives and I can get delivery for a charge or pick it up at a nearby shop. I know this is what I have needed. I have tried a lot of the recipes but they seem to take a lot of fore thought and work so I make them once, enjoy them and never make them again. That is an obstacle in my quest to be more raw. This way I am hoping to not have to think about it or make it at least for a time until I can kick the addiction and start to feel good. Then I hope to just try to eat simply - fruits and veggies, nuts and seeds. Only the occasional complicated recipe. I am just finding that I can't string more than a couple days together. Cross your fingers for me. I have been on this forum far too long to still be where I am.

I was just browsing the threads and saw this!!!! Thank you so much for ordering your Raw Detox Box!!!! I'm super excited to have someone from my my Raw Family to order!!!!!

This has been a VERY exciting experience for me! I work along with the other Chefs at the certified kitchen at TRU Meals here in Houston. So, I get to learn from them and add to the things I learned while at Grezzo!!!! I'm the only Raw Chef though. So, they are always asking me questions and wanting to sample my food! I absolutely LOVE it!!!! It's REALLY living my dream! And, it all started right here on RFT and taking Alissa's class!

Right now, I have 2 Menus, one for Friday orders and one for Monday orders. However, beginning Monday, November 28th I'm adding 2 totally NEW menus for a total of 4 different menu choices!!!! So, there will be a different menu on a weekly bases! The site will reflect the menu change a week before it takes effect. In each Detox Box you get a breakfast, smoothie or shake, lunch, dinner, and dessert for the number of days that you order.

Anyway, I hope that you enjoy tour Raw Detox Box experience!!!! :).
