Whats the names of the trees on which i can pick green leaves directly from the tree to eat?
I have seen Freelee in her videos picking leaves without damaging the plant and i want to plant these trees here in italy to obtain edible green leaves for free.
I hope that Freelee can read this message.

Tilia is one such tree but you can only really eat the leaves in spring when they are new and also you should only pick from mature trees. Newly planted trees need their leaves!

I think I've seen freelee post about picking stevia leaves to eat and I like to eat them as well. Stevia is not a tree but her plants shown were much taller than mine grow.

you can also eat the young leaves and flowers of the hawthorn. Young Tilia leaves are nicer in my opinion though

John Kohler always touts "tree kale" or "tree collards". You can pick and eat the leaves all year long.
