Well it is all paying off. I just keep melting away. I LOVE IT RAW. It is the way to go. It Seems like when I eat the most I lose more. 2 more Pounds gone. Not 1 but 2 this time yab ba Daba Dooooooooo, woooooooo Hoooooooo
Now that is the way to wake up. It will have me singing all day. So now there are only 235 more to go. It looks big now, But Just wait till this time next year. I will take pictures to post too. Then when Really big people see that then they will give this program a good Chance too. There sure is no lack of food. I just keep eating more and more and more. Best of all it tastes so good too. You know In the last 6 weeks there has not bin one pot for me to wash. Seeing that I wash all the dishes, there are not that many to do now at all. When I lose all this weight you all will see me on TV somewhere, Doing a Cart Wheel just for the fun of it. Just Because I Can. It will be a happy day you all will share with me too. Well How about that for a good day. Best of all there are many more days like this ahead too. Doug in Calif... :) :o

Way to go Douglas. One pound at a time. You're doing great things for your body by eating this. Your enthusiasm is terrific!

Way to go Douglas, this is WONDERFUL!! But may I please make a suggestion?

Put the scale away until after at least 30 days of being raw. Why? Because you are obviously seeing great results from eating raw, but as the body makes it's adjustments, you build more muscle mass, etc., one day you might get on the scale and see you have gained a pound or that the scale hasn't moved and I'd HATE to see you get frustrated and lose your enthusiasm due to that.

Take note of other changes such as how you feel, how your clothes may fit differently or that you need a new belt, etc. Yes, weight loss is terrific, but just don't set yourself up for unnecessary disappointment if one day you weigh in and the numbers say something you don't want them to because that doesn't mean things aren't moving and changing, but IMHO it just doesn't seem like a good idea to weigh in too often.

Oh that never bothers me. I know that happends from time to time. Most of the time it just holds what I lost. When I see Dents in my body where there use to not be one. Then I know a loss is coming soon. But I like the joy of lookiing all the time to see every pound go away. It always makes me feel so good. I really enjoy this eating raw program aot and I know I will just keep doing this and just lose it all in time. Wow won't that be nice. Plus on this program I eat and eat anytime I am hungry. Anyway thanks for the concern after I lose over 100 lbs many new people will be inspired about it and give raw a good try. Your going to be here the whole time and hear how it is coming off pound by pound how about that. I am really having fun with this board and posing on here about it too. I look forward to hear from all the good feedback I get and cheering me on feels so good too. So thanks one and all Doug in Calf........ ;) :) :D
