What causes the low energy? Anyone else experience this? How long does it take to adjust and feel energetic?

Whenever I'm not eating enough, I have low energy... I also try to drink lots of water, and incorporate healthy fats into my diet!

Thank you! I'm eating tons of fresh fruit, salad, veggies, nuts and a few raw treats I bought at whole foods with coconut and honey. It's awesome but I don't have quite the energy I'm used to. Conversely I'm very relaxed!

generally not eating enough leads to tiredness. You may think you are eating a ton of stuff and indeed you may be but maybe you still aren't eating enough!

It's probably correct that you're not eating enough... although I also think it's just such a big change for your body that it reacts in a manner you may not be used to. I was EXHAUSTED for days when I started. I never, never nap normally and I often just had to lay down and I'd sleep! That lasted up to a couple weeks with varying intensity. Let your body tell you what it needs.

It could be that your body is detoxing, it would be over mostly after a few days, depending on how much bad things have been stored inside your body.

Good luck and let me know what happen.

I'm on day 5 and feeling the same way, in fact I actually just woke up from a nap and I am not a napper at all. I am completely exhausted, and hope this passes soon.

I agree that this is a symptom of detox. Hang in there! :cheer:

I've also felt very tired and chilled since eating raw. I've fasted on water and tea a few times for 4 days at a time. This is all within the last month. I've had a few minor slip-ups as well. I figured the tiredness was a symptom of detox.
