This week I am recommitting myself to being raw and I am also starting a green smoothie fast.
I want to ease myself into it this week by increasing my intake of green smoothies and decreasing my cooked foods throughout the week until I am fully raw.
I have been on-and-off with raw foods for the past year and a half.
I recently started to take in more green smoothies. I lost nearly 20 pounds over the course of a couple of months, without even really trying.
I wasn't 100%, but I had cut out all processed foods, all sugar, all complex carbohydrates, etc.
I also recently started rebounding. I bounce 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes in the evening.
What I feel like I really need in order to be successful in this venture is support through this community.
I would love to hear any words of wisdom, any advice about green smoothies, any favorite recipes and, also, your own success stories.

Thanks guys.
Wishing all of you joy and success in your journeys toward better health!

I'm going to try to do 85% raw from now on, too.
I discovered raw over a year ago now, and since then, I've been bouncing from anywhere between a month of maybe 10% to a couple of weeks around 90%. I want to try and maintain a high raw diet, although it may be hard to do in the Winter. I'll try my best.
I started today. The past two days were basically all cooked food. Nothing processed and no animal products- I never do that, but I often binge on the granola bars I make for my mom and peanut butter. I'm trying to stop it. Other than that, these past couple of days, I've eaten mostly soup, oats, and chili. Some greens and fresh fruit...

I just don't feel good. I never feel like I have the energy I should. I am vegan, I don't eat processed or refined grains, I eat at least 5 servings of fruits and veggies a day, whether cooked or uncooked, anywhere from 0 to 10 servings of grains a week- no more than that.. I wouldn't say I'm exhausted, but I don't feel like I have the energy most teenagers have...

I also want to lost 12 lbs or so.

I would love to have other people to help me for inspiration!
