hi all, i'm a mother of two dd 14 (or will be friday the 4th) is going raw with me tomorrow-she actually said to me 'I want to go raw again and get this crap out of me-her acne is flaring again, ds 11 who whether he wants to acknowledge it or not is mostly raw too.
dd and I are going raw again- she has said that she's done with processed and when she makes up her mind it's made.
so i'm looking for a raw ranch dip/dressing so she can have her veggies tomorrow at school.
waiting on alissa book to arrive to get some new recipes.
so for now our plan is to utilized some cooked items until i can get my sprouting back in gear. I'm hving to use hershey's cocoa for now for any chocolate dishes. we are very limited in organic foods in my town, dd is going to research raw recipes tomorrow- she excited about this. I'm also dusting off the excalibur can't wait for the kale chips, haven't tried to make any flaxbread or any bread for that matter yet.
we will also be doing several programs that we tweak to our needs: bodyflex, zumba dance-just got that last week so will start that also. she is asking about a cleanse but I think she's too young so we'll just go cold turkey on processed as much as we can.
now we have almonds soaking for milk to go with our breakfast of 'I don't have a clue' lol....
I will have touse frozen fruits for smoothies-juicing (can you use frozen to juice?)
anyway have prattled on enough so please send us some good vibes tomorrow, I will be hosting a meateater for a week I'll need them to get through the wk.
