How?

I do some searches on the benefits of fasting,both spiritual and physical and that normally gives me added strength and helps me to refocus on the potential benefits when I am in the middle of doing one.
Whilst talking, is there anyone that water fasts every week? I have been doing a 36 hour water fast for the past few weeks and I find it difficult enough sometimes and don't have any weight to spare to lose but find that it nourishes my spirit in some way and food takes on a greater....how do I say this, magnificence after it. Last week I had some oranges after it and I was just in disbelief that mother nature can and does provide us with such bounty.
Was also wondering if anyone had any tips as well on putting a little extra weight to make up for a weekly fast, am raw a couple of years already and eat probably enough nuts and avocados but was thinking of adding some raw chocolate?
